PROBLEMS USING GOOGLE PAY
If you
attempted to make a purchase using Google Pay and the transaction didn’t go
through, the issue may be related to different reasons.
Common reasons
include:
1. Issues related to your Google account.
2. The information related to your bank or credit card company doesn't match the name and address in your Google account.
3. Other issues related to the card issuer.
We recommend
checking that there are no issues with your Google account, and your card has sufficient funds and is enabled for online
transactions. You can also try removing the payment method from your Google Account and add it back again, or choose to pay with a different card saved in your
Google Wallet.
If you cannot resolve the problem by following this guide, please contact our customer
care.
